Pickaxe Inventory connects to your Shopify store and accesses inventory, product, purchase order and supplier data you already store in Shopify. We store data needed to run the app (your shop domain, inventory records, purchase orders, suppliers, billing status). We do not sell your personal data.
We use your data solely to provide the app's features: inventory management, purchase orders, supplier tracking, alerts, and AI reorder suggestions. AI suggestions are generated from your own store data.
Data is stored securely on Cloudflare Workers infrastructure. We retain data only as long as you use the app, plus a reasonable period for billing and legal purposes.
We use Shopify's billing API for payments and Cloudflare for hosting. Payments are processed by Shopify, not stored by us.
You can request deletion of your data by uninstalling the app or contacting us. Uninstalling removes your store's data from the app.
